Couples seeking a cozy getaway
The staff were helpful, they arranged our ski equipment and even coordinated a taxi for us to a restaurant, timing it perfectly after a long day on the slopes. The rooms were comfortable and stocked well. The Netflix was a nice touch for winding down after skiing!
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable given the experience.

Perfect for family ski trip
The hotel was ideal for our ski trip with kids we had a 1-bedroom apartment that fit us all nicely. The kids loved the view of Mt Yotei especially during sunrise and we enjoyed our private onsen every night to unwind after skiing.
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable given what we experienced.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and the ski area. It was so convenient to walk to the town area and even to the slopes. The service here was top-notch, with car hire, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure so easy, and they even offered ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire. We loved the welcome drink and the fact that they had tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. We had everything we needed and more!
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Our stay was made amazing by the great convenience of ski-in ski-out placement, with a number of ski valets to make the transition even easier. The private and shared onsen was a treat for the entire body after long days skiing/boarding. Our comfortable room, with an amazing view and well thought out amenities, was always spotless. And lastly, the high-quality breakfast we indulged in every day was a perfect start.
The morning meal could use a little more variety to avoid becoming repetitive, otherwise, everything was perfect.

The apartment room had a great view of the snowy hills, and the ski storage area was convenient. The hot spring bath was amazing and we enjoyed it a lot.
The breakfast was not great and we had to wait for the shuttle bus which wasn't available often when we needed it. The transportation outside the hotel was very expensive and we had to rely on cabs all the time.

The hotel's location was perfect for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, with easy access to the slopes and ski valet service. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle bus service from the nearest station, which was a great help. the Onsen hot baths were a wonderful experience, and the fact that they had both private and shared baths was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also liked the complementary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.
One thing that we found inconvenient was the distance from town, which made it difficult to explore the area without transportation. we would have appreciated more information about the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel.
